The Burn Proof Gear™ Rail-Rap is one of our best selling products. Designed to fit M-LOK or KEY-MOD rails or smaller diameter rails like a Noveske NSR or similar, while leaving the top picatinny rail section exposed.

Product Features:

  • Eliminates the need for gloves which rip or get lost often

Enter length of rail you want covered, use measuring tape or ruler. If larger than 8″ long panels (max 12″ long), pay oversize fee below.

Take a measuring tape and wrap it around the circumference you want covered to get your width. If larger than 3″ wide panels (Max 4″ long panels), pay oversize fee below.

The Rail-Rap™ is made in the USA with Berry Compliant fabrics, DuPont™ Kevlar™ TEX-80 thread, and uses our proprietary DuPont™ Kevlar™ Bungee cord rated to 800 F.

This page allows you to custom order a rail-rap however you want, just keep in mind it might take a couple weeks before we can get it made and shipped out to you.

If you order a 2.5″ wide panel rail-rap, it will fit most m-lok rails. For quad-rail style you should order 3″ wide panels. For single piece rail-raps like the Q HBSD Wrap, get it 5.25″ wide.

Measure your handguard and make sure the length and width is correct as we cannot change or modify your order / item once we’ve received the order.
